Tru-Test’s ID3000 is an accurate mid-level scale with full EID compatibility and Bluetooth wireless technology. It is suitable for cattle, dairy, commercial sheep or deer operations. Using its built-in Bluetooth® technology, the ID3000 wirelessly connects to Tru-Test’s EID stick reader (sold separately) and automatically transfers scanned IDs straight into the indicator, saving time and improving accuracy. Alternatively, the animal’s VID can be entered using the large and durable keypad. With its large backlit display screen you can keep working in bright daylight or in the shade. Like all Tru-Test indicators, the ID3000 is 100% water and dust proof.
- Power requirements: AC adapter regulated or 11 to 16V d.c.
- The ID3000 is designed to work with EID readers, offering wireless communication with an EID reader up to 330ft away (EID readers sold separately).
- The ID3000 offers PC connectivity through direct and easy communication via a USB cable and Link3000™ software.
- The memory and storage capacity of the ID3000 will store up to 10,000 records in 50 files.
- You can store information on individual animals in a 12-character data field.
- The ID3000 features an alpha-numeric keypad for easy entry of IDs, file names, and field setup.
- Speed up sorting or “drafting” by weight with up to three draft directions and support for autodrafters.
- The ID3000 shows average daily weight gain to help you monitor the performance of your animals.
- The ID3000 automatically turns off after 15 minutes of inactivity to save the battery.
