The Trip Hopper Jr and Jr XL models feature a steel top, a 1/3 HP motor, a 24-tooth sprocket, and an 8-inch bar chain for reliable performance, handling up to 30 dumps per minute with each dump ranging from 2 to 5 pounds. The Trip Hopper Jr offers a capacity of 300 pounds, while the Jr XL offers a 500-pound capacity. Perfect for ATVs, these feeders are small enough for tight spaces, but big enough to keep up. Both models are constructed with heavy duty Priefert steel and are engineered to withstand rugged ranch conditions. The feeder is safely and easily operated via remote control and the chain driven feeding system ensures consistent and jam-resistant delivery of feed, even in rough terrain or variable conditions. Each feeder uses a motorized conveyer belt system to move your choice of feed through it, while the flow gauge dumps the ration you choose per pound or per head.
