Taller, wider, and longer than our other chute options, the SC25 can comfortably handle calves, heifers, cows, and bulls. With contoured sides to better fit the shape of cattle, the SC25 uses a double-sided squeeze to keep cattle centered and comfortable in the chute.

Priefert’s largest chute option, the SC25 Squeeze Chute takes our “Easy on the Cow, Easy on the Cowboy” philosophy to the next level. Taller, wider, and longer than our other chute options, the SC25 can comfortably handle calves, heifers, cows, and bulls. With contoured sides to better fit the shape of cattle, the SC25 uses a double-sided squeeze to keep cattle centered and comfortable in the chute. The cleated Rumber® floor is designed to be the same width as a “cow trail” in the pasture, eliminating the need for a floor adjustment setting and helping operators get the perfect squeeze every time, regardless of animal size. Once secure in the chute, the operator has total access to the animal. Each side features a vaccination gate to provide unobstructed reach to preferred injection sites, along with 5 contoured drop downs along the top, and hinged bottom sideboards constructed from high-density polyethylene, making it easy to check hooves and/or udders. Additionally, the SC25 features a working tray and bottle holders at the front of the chute for added convenience when doctoring and processing cattle.
Quality, safety, and durability are perfectly balanced with efficiency and ease of use. All handles are located so that a single individual can operate the headgate, tailgate, squeeze, and side exit from one spot. The combination of the Rumber® floor and the polyethylene sideboards help reduce noise during cattle work, thereby reducing stress. A side-exit gate can be used as a sorting gate or an emergency exit. Once the animal is clear of the chute, the operator simply pulls the squeeze handle to close the exit gate. The split tailgate pivots open to remail flush with the chute, further eliminating hazards in the path of the cattleman.

The bolt together design of the SC25 allows for the chute to be powder coated with an architectural grade of powder that includes UV inhibitors, helping the product to resist rust and fading, thereby adding years of life to your investment. The floor frame features Priefert’s DualCoat technology, which means it is constructed out of galvannealed steel beneath the powder coat, providing additional corrosion resistance and requiring less maintenance.

- Taller, wider, and longer, than our other chutes, the SC25 is designed to handle all your cattle with ease. The interior height of 71” makes it more convenient for times when you need to access the back of an animal for preg checking or AI work. The SC25 is 108” long and has an opening width of 32 inches.
- Designed to be user-friendly, all levers and handles are located so that a single individual can operate the headgate, tailgate, squeeze, and side exit from one spot.

- Priefert’s SC25 features a double-sided squeeze. Not only does this help keep the animal centered in the chute, but it also allows for a secure, low-stress hold on the animal when coupled with our contoured sides.
- Based on the width of the average “cow trail”, the floor of the chute is 10.5” wide. This allows cattle to walk comfortably into the chute, while also reducing the ability of animals to charge through the chute.
- The floor of the SC25 is constructed from cleated Rumber® to reduce noise and slippage.
- Vaccination gates on both sides of the SC25 can be easily opened to offer superior neck access to preferred injection sites.
- The operator’s side of the chute features a medicine holder and supply tray just to the front of the squeeze handle, with an additional set of medicine bottle holders on the opposite side of the chute.
- Five contoured upper access panels on each side of the chute are controlled by gravity latches and allow maximum access to both sides of the animal.
- Bottom access panels on each side of the chute are controlled by gravity latches and allow easy access to the lower part of the animal, making it easy to check hooves and/or udders.
- The bottom access panels on the SC25 hinge open and are constructed from high-density polyethylene.
- The combination of the Rumber® floor and the high-density polyethylene sideboards result in a quieter working environment, helping to reduce stress.
- Overhead squeeze lever pulls down parallel to the chute, so it is not in the operator’s way while working cattle. With the squeeze engaged, the lever can be stored above the chute and out of the operator’s way by simply sliding the lever up, then twisting and locking the lever into place.
- The Side Exit gate can be used as a sorting exit or as an emergency exit by simply pulling on the release lever. Once the animal is clear of the chute, use the squeeze handle to close the side gate, returning it to its original locked position without ever moving around the chute.
- With two operating handles, this tailgate can be engaged from the front or back of the chute. This tailgate will lock in the closed position to secure the animal inside the chute. A simple adjustment bolt can be used to set the stop point of this locking action.
- The SC25’s updated “split tailgate” design glides open, pivoting to roll flush with the chute rather than swinging out into the working area. Additionally, as the squeeze is applied, the tailgate automatically closes to the width of the squeeze or it can be manually closed into the fully closed and locked position.
- The HG25M manual headgate features contoured gates that provide a secure fit around the neck of any size animal. This headgate opens to a width of 32 inches.
- Headgate and Side Squeeze lock are GUARANTEED FOR LIFE! This infinite locking system allows a perfect fit for every size animal.
- Head Restraint Chain can easily be secured around an animal’s head to provide easy access for doctoring eyes or reading ear tags/tattoos.
- No head-banging handles in the way of the operator! All handles are parallel along the side of the chute or store over the chute and out of the way of the operator.
