Priefert’s Estate Fence Gate Hinge is designed attach our Ponderosa Gates to your metal Estate Fence posts, so that your gate rails align perfectly with your fence rails. Each hinge includes an all-thread with 2 nuts to allow users to adjust/level their gate. These all-threads provide a total of 1.5 inches of adjustment per hinge, allowing for 3 total inches of adjustment per gate. Constructed from durable steel, these hinges feature an Architectural Grade Powder Coat Finish with UV inhibitors to help the hinge resist scratching and sunlight damage, adding years of life to your investment. Please note, when using our Estate Fence Gate Hinges to mount your gate directly in line with your fence railing, please allow 3 inches of additional width between your gate posts. For example, if you are hanging a 12 ft gate, leave 12 ft 3 in of space (instead of setting your posts on 12’ centers, set the posts at 12’ 3”).
